By the right…

The Queen City Pipe Band is a Grade 2 competition-focused bagpipe band based in Colorado’s Front Range, USA.

We offer high-energy entertainment perfect for every event from home parties to bars, corporate events, retirement ceremonies and more.  We also offer stately performances when required (not really a common request on St. Patrick’s Day, though).

You can hire soloists, trios, mini-bands, a full band and highland dancers as well.

F.A.Q.’s

Q: Where did the “Queen City” part of your name come from?
A: Denver, Colorado used to be known as the “Queen City of the Plains” in the 1800’s. There’s been the Queen City Rugby Football Club, Jazz Band, Horse Show, Supper Club (shhh!), etc., all named after the Queen City herself!

Q: The band has been called Queen Cities Pipe Band, Queen City Pipes and Drums and Queen’s City Pipe Band. What is the band’s actual name?
A: Queen City Pipe Band is the actual name.

Q: Queen City Pipe Band has been announced as being from Highland’s Ranch, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins. Where is the band actually based?
A: Queen City Pipe Band is based in Denver, Colorado which used to be called the Queen City of the Plains, much the same as many old frontier rail stops. Our membership spans all across the front range of the Colorado Rockies, though, from Fort Collins, Boulder, Denver, Colorado Springs, Evergreen, Albuquerque, NM and probably some we don’t even know about.
